THE STEPS NECESSARY TO MAKE SCHOOL GREAT & ENJOYABLE AGAIN

Too many kids and teenagers are being stressed out, to their limit, and often to the brink of severe depression; of unnaturally high amounts of boring assignments. Some students have good prerequisites for it, like a calm and fulfilling upbringing, alongside good epigenetics, but most just do not have that! That’s why the school system needs to adapt a more flexible and tailored-to-each-individuals-personal-situation-approach.

Two easy fixes that’ll also make school much easier for everyone, including teachers, is including mandatory outside (would be best) breaks in the middle of every class, big windows in every room for natural daylight — which enhances focus & concentration abilities, and minimizes headaches. Also, fresh air promotes clearer and more sharp-minded thinking! Another necessary change is adapting that of incandescent light bulbs, and not full on WHITE LED light inside classrooms. This is so important because bright LED lights stresses your body and significantly decreases focus. If the sun however shines in - no lightning is to be needed.

It should also be mandatory to go outside on lunch breaks— get som fresh air and hopefully see the sun. Giving students and teachers real dopamine (unlike most social media), to better tolerate the rest of the day. Teachers not being disrespectful or particularly biased towards any student, is also another highly important thing, as students really can get demotivated for a specific subject if the teacher doesn’t provide adaptive and kind service.

There is also the issue of school food not being in accordance with how humans are naturally supposed to eat. Lunch is perhaps the most important meal of the day, maybe alongside breakfast, as its during the day when your are most likely going to need the a high amount of dietary energy to take yourself through the whole day, without your cortisol soaring through the roof and ruining your mood for the rest of the day. It’s no wonder many students instantly fall asleep when they get home from school… or even worse IN THE CLASSROOM !! That really suggests something, doesn’t it?

Students are excessively drained of energy from loads of nnEMFs & artificial blue light. Of course energy expenditure also occurs through social interaction and moving around inside the school, but that’s often a more positive stress on your body compared to the extremely negative stress of nnEMFs & artificial blue light. Excess artificial blue light and nnEMF's are the primary culprit of a DRAINED mitochondria! The mitochondria, which is "the powerhouse of the cell, which produces its energy"; as most learn in 9th grade. 
Now that you may understand the logic, do you perhaps also understand why this can be so DETRIMENTAL to students results, energy, focus & concentration. If they're also drained of dietary energy - through horrible school food which tastes bad for 4 out of 5 days of the week, then no wonder students are diagnosed with "ADHD" or "concentration & focus problems", or "excess energy diagnosis" ...
THERE IS NO SUCH PHENOMENA! Having too much energy only suggest someone is more in touch with their inherent human nature & primal instinct, as high spurts of energy and hyper-focus, for example, was something of high importance & necessity, in primal times - when humans had to 'hunt & gather' to get food!

There needs to be higher quality— drink wise: a choice of organic full-fat “red” whole milk, or low-fat “blue” milk, as well as carbonated- or non-carbonated water. This is for example necessary because different peoples bodies can tolerate different amounts of dietary fat!
Everyone has different needs, while at the same time having in common that a diet appropriate with how humans are supposed to eat, is necessary to thrive.
Besides this, we also have to ditch all the 'special special', vegan or vegetarian food, all extremism (while not ignoring any religon or food allergy issues etc), as this just never was, or has been, how humans were supposed to eat!
Instead, schools should educate children on why a balanced diet, INCLUDING plenty of healthy carbohydrates, saturated fats & animal protein/products is necessary for human health & bodily energy production.
Because that’s what they were born to eat— and what their bodies will feel their best on.

Schools also need to entirely rethink the structuring of the food menu— there is no point in having a fancy menu with a new meal every day, every week. Having a “varied diet” (not the same as balanced), is just implicating one does not know what food is healthy, and therefore, they include a wide variety of different foods, to not “miss out on any nutrients”. There should ALWAYS be an option for sustainably sourced, local, preferably organic: meat, eggs, milk products like cheese & pure butter, alongside sourdough bread, potatoes, some healthy vegetables like carrots, cucumber, tomatoes or broccoli, and fruits like bananas, apples or oranges. Perhaps even honey, orange- and/or apple juice on special occasions.
Also ditch all the 'special special', disgusting meals, of some other country, far away from our own, which they include— just for the sake of it.
FOOD IS SUPPOSED TO TASTE GOOD.
There are studies showing your pancreas releases more digestive enzymes when you enjoy the food your ingesting. Humans should preferably eat what the country’s people has traditionally eaten, period.
That will also be a more sustainable approach, because, if most food is sourced locally and sustainably, inland; the school food chain will become more eco-conscious, sustainable & good for the earth.

We also really think our country should go together to try and make more of the food natural & organic, as this is essential for human health. For example, pesticides and herbicides, like glyphosate, are strongly linked to many chronic diseases.
We should also try to eliminate all extreme & toxic cultures in school, which can make some students feel out of place or unwelcome.

Another thing to consider, especially for parents, which make the ultimate decision for their children; is to try homescholling or having much smaller groups of children together, children which have like-minded parents, so everything doesn't just end up a big whole big mess with a bunch of different upbringings which oftebn can cause a "clash in emtions" between kids when their bodies are out of balance. If you also take into account all of the above mentioned problems with artifical light, nnEMFs, bad food, etc ... you really end being left no choice but ABANDONING THE THOUGHT OF EVER PUTTING YOUR KIDS IN A "NORMAL", TRADITIONAL DEVELOPMENT ... 
What most parents also don't realise is that it is no chance if their kids for example start drinking alcohol or taking LITERAL DRUGS when they're ONLY 12 YEARS OF AGE! THIS IS TO 100% THE FAULT OF THE PARENTS, AND CHILDREN STARTING SUCH DESTRUCTIVE HABITS AT THIS AGE, ARE A SIGN OF THEM COPING - SUBCONSCIOUSLY TRYING TO SOLVE THE TRAUMA WHICH THEIR PARENTS HAVE CAUSED THEM ...

Oftentimes, there are far to few "teachers" to take care of a big amount of kids, it's simply very hard to give for instance 40 children an adequate experience FOR GREAT COGNITIVE & BODILY DEVELOPMENT, during their most important years of DEVELOPMENT; only with the help of, for instance, 5 teachers ...

This is SO IMPORTANT, as it will enable children to not end up having to go through trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, blood, sweat and tears, later in life; to FIX WHAT THEIR PARENTS MESSED UP FROM LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY!

We believe parents should start considering "letting go of control" - letting their children develop their own unique personalities, while also attaining new friends, first when they start getting into their teens & puberty, when they start getting more and more conscious - as this is "biologically reasonable & logical", that parents should take full responsibility for their childs development just up until they can start using their own cognition, so that their kids don't have to suffer years, and often a lifetime.. of their life, to fix what their parents ...
